A share kitchen where people can bond over food.
This production kitchen where traditional condiments and mulberry juice were made was renovated in 2020 and reborn as Soninowa Kitchen katte. This fully licensed production share kitchen is used by locals to make processed foods and develop products. In addition there is also a share space where one can learn how to make local dishes and preserved foods and a kitchen shop where visitors can buy products made in the kitchen. On Wednesdays you can buy local farm produce at Soninowa Marche. [Presently closed due to COVID-19]
